Q. Do I need an appointment to bring in my computer and/or perhiperals for you to inspect?
Generally, you don't need to book an appointment however you may check our operning hours ensuring we will have enough time to deal with your request. It is always advised to call us prior to making your journey to our office/workshop.
Q. What are your opening hours?
Monday to Thursday: 10am-2pm
Friday & Saturday: 10am - 5pm
Q. Do you make onsite-house calls?
Yes. We have an excellent team that will visit you to fix any problems you may have. We will schedule a visit as early as possible based on our workload at the time as well as your daily schedule. Please note that a call-out charge is applicable for business customers.
Q. Should I bring entire desktop PC system to your workshop?
No. In most cases we just need your tower . However, in cases where we suspect that an attached perhiperal is causing the problem, we may then ask you to bring it/them along. Could we remind you to take upmost care while carrying these items as some of the desktop PCs and some peripherls may be heavy.
Q. Do you provide data recovery services?
Yes. If you accedently deleted some data(documents, photos, videos etc.), it is possible and worth performing a data recovery on the storage device. However, in cases where there is a pyhisal damage to your storage device such as Hard Disk then we may refer you to a third party specialist helping you to get the best possible outcome.
Q. Do you charge for fault finding?
Our fault finding service is absultely free if it is performed in our workshop. However we may limit diagnosis session to last a maximum of 20 minutes which is enough for most common faults/problems. Please note that foult finding with laptop computers' hardware may take longer in which case you will be informed prior to commencing diagnosis.
Q. How safe is my data whilst working on my device?
Our experienced staff will take upmost care of your data stored in your device and will warn you if there is a possible data loss based on type of repairs carried out. However we strongly advise that you (where possible) backa up your files and data prior to presenting your device to us. We will not take any responsibility should your data gets lost or damaged for any reason.
Q. Backup? Can you do it for me?
Yes. We can backup your data and if needed restore it back to your device at a cost which will vary based on size of your data. Please ask.
